Dabber fans are being asked if they can help get the Weaver Stadium looking spick and span ahead of the new 2013/14 season.
The annual close season tidy up will take place on Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th July. A working party is needed to help spruce up the stadium and get it ready for the big kick off.
Steve Talbot, the club’s Facilities Director said:
“We’d be very grateful to everyone who can come along and lend a hand, There will be all the usual jobs – weeding, painting, wiping down and so on. We have a big friendly match against Crewe Alex the following Saturday so obviously we want the ground looking at its best for that.”
Volunteers are asked to turn up at the ground at any time from 10am – please bring gardening gloves and, if possible, equipment such as hoe or rake.
