Junction 16 Festival 2013 At Betley Court Farm, Near Crewe.

This amazing event is to be held at Betley Court Farm which is situated in the historic village of Betley amongst some of the most stunning countryside in Cheshire. Overlooking “Betley Mere” the concert arena is in a site of outstanding natural beauty.

Split over the three days, Friday the 9th of August will see a retro theme. Saturday the 10th will be focused on a younger audience with a day of pop music and Sunday the 11th will see a more family orientated day.

The Junction 16 Festival is being organised by George Bailey, of Betley Mere Concerts.

9th August: BETLEY GOES RETRO: STATUS QUO supported by: Mungo Jerry

Status Quo

The legendary rockers Status Quo have confirmed as the headline act at Betley Junction 16 Festival.

The Quo will be supported by Mungo Jerry who first performed “In the summertime” at the Hollywood Festival in Leycett in May 1970 propelling him to international stardom.

The Happy Mondays with their full original line up.

808 State, the Manchester band behind one of the most seminal chillout anthems of the 1980s  ‘Pacific State’

Peter Hook was a co-founder of the post-punk band Joy Division along with Bernard Sumner in the mid-1970s

Legendary Liverpool band, The Farm who had eight top forty hit singles in the UK including “Groovy Train” and “All Together Now” will be returning to the stage with their original line–up.
