UBS Triton Property Fund, represented by Savills, has agreed terms to upsize and regear Pets at Home’s lease of Unit 8 at Grand Junction Retail Park, Crewe.
The retailer has taken a new 15-year lease, on a store that will expand from its original size of 6,000 sq ft (557 sq m) to 8,500 sq ft (790 sq m).
Pets at Home will pay £187,000 per annum.
