Local communication company eZe-talk got all revved up for Charity

eze-talk logoeZe-talk, an award winning low cost telecommunications company with head offices based in Crewe, entered a team into this years Gammaball Rally IV.

The event is held in order to support two very special charities – Action Through Enterprise and SpecialEffect.

This is the second year eZe-talk have participated and last year helped to raise over £90,000 for the charities.

SpecialEffect is a unique and individual based charity which aims to put fun and inclusion back into the lives of people with physical disabilities by helping them to play video games.

Action Through Enterprise is registered charity that supports economic and social development in the Lawra region of North West Ghana through school feeding programs, Small Business Development, and SNAP (Special Needs Awareness Program).

Gamma is one of eZe-talks business partners and is one of the largest network carriers of fixed-line voice minutes in the UK providing voice and data service to businesses.

The Gamma Ball Rally challenges 33 teams to drive around 500 miles in cars costing less than £500.

This year the event was held from 16th to 18th September and run over three countries starting in Newbury then on to Bruges and finally to Amsterdam with many additional challenges along the way.
The rally concluded with a black tie Gala dinner with a charity auction to raise additional money for the charities.
