Crystal Legal Services has announced the creation of 60 new full time jobs across sales, customer service and admin positions.
The new recruits will join 80 existing members of staff at their head office at Gawsworth House, Crewe.
This is in addition to the 30 new jobs created at the start of the year by the claims management company who said that developments into the mis-sold packaged bank account market have contributed to their growth along with continued demand for its mis-sold PPI services.
Managing Director, Tony shields said:
“More and more customers are approaching us to help them process their packaged bank account claims following reports that 1 in 5 PBA’s have been mis-sold.
PBA is a relatively new service that we have introduced but we have already started to win claims for our clients with our largest PBA win being £2800.
The recruitment of additional staff will help to maintain the high level of customer service we aim to provide for all our new and existing clients.”
Crystal Legal Services have also put training and development at the heart of what they do through apprenticeship opportunities and a companywide diploma based training programme.
They celebrated the success of their 2013 NVQ graduates last month with a surprise awards ceremony at Crewe Hall and trip to Alton Towers.
Open days and interviews for all three roles will take place during December for start days in January, February and March 2014.
Tony Shields went on to say:
“This is a really exciting time for Crystal Legal Services, which is reflected in the rate at which we are growing. We are committed to providing outstanding claims management services to our clients, helping to recover £12 Million in PPI redress for our clients since 2012”
