Creative Crewe liven up the Town Centre

Creative CreweThe latest Creative Crewe event held at the Municipal Square in Crewe on Saturday 31st May lived up to expectations and proved to be a big hit for people from across Cheshire.

With a wide variety of art and craft stalls, local families were able to enjoy the fine summer weather and browse to a sound track of St. Mary’s School Rainbow Peace Choir, the Beechmere Choir, Crewe Male Voice Choir, ‘Fluff and Friends’ and ‘Mike and Rhona’ with dancing by X Academy and the Lucy Diamond School of Dance.

“The people of all ages I spoke with were really enjoying the atmosphere and the day.

This is exactly the kind of event that we need to see more of in Crewe so that we can re-brand our Town Centre and restore confidence and pride in our great town.”

The next event will be “Picnic in the Park’ planned for Sunday 29 June 2014 starting at 2pm.
